| Airbrush Tanning... I Love It |
|
|
Celebrities always look healthy, tan and absolutely perfect. They look
stunning and younger than they actually are when they show up on the
red carpets. It’s enough to make me curious and envious.
How can they
have a tan for so many years and not have a single wrinkle? I want to
know why they never seem to gain a single ounce even though the years
are moving by rapidly. I think that Hollywood celebrities possess
secret weapons that can fight age and wrinkles.
I have discovered how the celebrities get and keep their incredible tans through some investigation and advertisements. Their secret weapon is called airbrush tanning. You don’t have to stretch out in a tanning bed for weeks in order to get a base tan. You can walk out with a tan within 30 minutes even if you walked in pale as can be. I did some research because I really didn’t know a lot about airbrush tanning really. I found out that airbrush tanning is a mist of self-tanner that is sprayed onto a body. Some salons have booths that you can enter and little sprayers will spray the mist onto you. You can dry off and walk out with a tan after a few minutes. I was pretty intrigued about this concept. You see I had unsuccessfully tried self tanning lotions before. My skin always turned into a hideous orange tint afterwards. I hope that getting an airbrush tan would not produce the same results. I’m glad because everything that I had read or heard about airbrush tanning was positive. Experts consider it safe and there are no harmful dyes or chemicals involved in the tanning process.
In fact, it is even a lot safer than exposing yourself to the sun or tanning beds. People who have used it claims that it made them look very natural. The tan it produces can last for a little longer than a week and fades naturally.
I decided to go for it when I found a salon that offered airbrush tanning near my house. Anyway, I'd just return to my normal pale appearance if it didn't like it. After all, I'd never know unless I did try it. It turned out to be a bit more expensive than I'd anticipated but I imagine the cost varies from place to place.
The temperature of the mist as it hit my body is the only part that I can complain about. I actually squealed when the cold mist touched me. I walked out of the salon, looking more colorful a few minutes later.
I can happily say that my experience with airbrush tanning was a positive one. I did not look orange or streaked, and I loved the comments I received on my tan.
